If you obtained your policy within the last two weeks, please try to verify your insurance again in one week. If the website, still says the insurance is not confirmed, please send an email to support@mtivs.com. Please include your insurance company name, NAIC number, policy number, VIN, and plate number. If possible, please include a scan/photograph of your insurance card.

Does the vehicle VIN on your insurance policy exactly match the VIN on your registration card? If not, please contact your insurance company to get the VIN corrected. If yes, please send an email to support@mtivs.com. Please include your insurance company name, NAIC number, policy number, VIN, and plate number. If possible, please include a scan/photograph of your insurance card.
